Terms and Conditions

1. These terms apply to all services provided by Lifelike Captures Ltd. (“us,” “we,” or “our") to you, the client (“you,” “your,” “yours,"). By making a booking & presenting the discount card you have agreed to these terms and conditions in full.


2. We reserve the right to change the terms of the discount card or service at any any point. We have final say in any disputes that may arise over the use of the discount card. 


3. This discount card is valid from 15th October 2016 through 30th October 2017. With the exception of where all bookings are full, should a client wish to use the coupon at the end of the validity date and we are unavailable, we shall at our discretion extend the valid date of the coupon.


4. The client must make an appointment to come in to be 3D scanned and present the card on that date in order to get the discount. The discount card can be used to make a figurine for any occasion: weddings, birthdays, mementos, family portraits, etc. The discount cannot be applied with other discount offers from Lifelike Captures Ltd and is not redeemable for cash.


5. The 10% discount value of the card can be applied to any One or Two Person FULL BODY figurine portrait of any height. It cannot be applied to any FRONT FACING figurine or 3D Scan Only portraits. Payment in full (as discounted) for the figurine selected is due at the time of the 3D scan appointment.


6. The discount will be applied to the cost of the figurine, not including the cost of rush fees. The full cost of the figurine varies by the option(s) selected and is available to the client online before coming in for the 3D scan.


7. To get the additional 5% discount on top of the original 10%, the client MUST make their 3D scan booking appointment at least 3 months ahead of the date they wish to come in for scanning. For example, let’s assume a client’s wedding date is in 5 months time and a figurine takes 4 weeks to produce from the date of the 3D Scan. The latest a client can come in for the scan is 1 month before the wedding. As such, to get the additional 5% discount the client must submit the appointment for the 3D scan at least 12 weeks before the date that they wish to come in at 1 month before their wedding date.


8. After making an initial booking, the client can re-schedule the booking to another date if needed. In the event a client made their booking 3 months in advance to qualify for the full 15% discount and the re-scheduled date falls within less than 3 months of the 3D scan date, only the 10% discount will be applied. 


9. The client gives us the right to use their Likeness, 3D scan image & copies or derivatives of their 3D printed figurine for public display on our website, social media sites & trade shows indefinitely. In the event we wish to use your likeness in magazines, TV or Press ads, we will obtain written permission from you first.


10. As of 1st October 2016, the estimated production time for figurine portraits is 4 weeks from the date of the 3D scan. This estimated production time may be different at the time of your 3D scan.

7. To get the additional $200 discount on top of the original $200, the client MUST submit their 3D scan booking appointment 6 weeks or more ahead of the date they wish to come in to our studio. For example, let’s assume a client’s wedding date is on 1st July and a figurine takes 4 weeks to produce from the date of the 3D Scan. The latest a client can come in for the scan is on 1st June, in-order to receive the figurine just in time. To get the additional $200 discount the client must submit the appointment for the 3D scan by 22nd April -- which is 6 weeks before the date that they wish to come in on June 1st for the 3D Scan.


8. After making an initial booking, the client can re-schedule the booking to another date if needed. In the event a client made their booking 6 weeks or more in advance to qualify for the full $400 discount and the re-scheduled date falls within less than 6 weeks of the 3D scan date, only the $200 discount will be applied. 


9. The client gives us the right to use their Likeness, 3D scan image & copies or derivatives of their 3D printed figurine for public display on our website, social media sites & trade shows indefinitely. In the event we wish to use your likeness in magazines, TV or Press ads, we will obtain written permission from you first.

1. CONGRATULATIONS on winning this gift voucher at the 2016 Wedding Convention from Lifelike Captures Ltd.! Here are the terms for its use between you, (from here referred to as “client”) and Lifelike Captures Ltd. (from here referred to as “us,” “we,” “our,”).

2. Voucher value can be applied to a purchase of a two-person 5 inch or 6 inch tall Full Body figurine portrait, in full colour sandstone. It cannot be applied to other figurine options or services offered by us.

3. Voucher is not redeemable for cash.

4. Client must be 3D scanned on available appointment date between Oct. 15th 2016 through voucher expiration date of Oct. 7th 2017. Client must follow standard procedure of first booking an available appointment to come in for the 3D scan. Voucher must be submitted at the time of the 3D scan for it to apply and client agrees to pay in full (as discounted) for the figurine option selected.

5. Voucher is not applicable towards rush fees. • Voucher cannot be combined with other discount offers from us, or, other vouchers from us client may collect at any event where issued as a prize or free handout.

6. The voucher is invalid if it does not bear our company stamp and signature from the managing director on the back.

7. By using this voucher, client agrees to have their photos taken by us and used for promotional purposes in any visual media. A figurine portrait copy of the client may also be used by us for promotional purposes in public events and across all visual media.

8. We reserve the right to change the terms of this voucher or service at any point. We have final say in any disputes that may arise over the use of this voucher.
